OK let me rephrase, what steps are needed to flash a custom rom? I have not been able to find anything, working 12 hrs of failure. I can do the ROM but I cant get it unlocked please help!

NO.

This forum does not apply to the Verizon Diamond. The main forum does, but nothing to do with the Upgrading.

The thread does not include the verizon xv6950 as it is not the same phone, so what do i do.
