Re: usb malfunction

im pretty sure this a well known issue, my last 2 diamonds have had the usb ports go out. the phone would charge fine and play audio through the head phones, but it wouldnt be detected by my computer (even in the bootloader). so i just took them into sprint and they swapped me out for new ones (if you have T.E.P. that is). if you dont have tep or are not on sprint you might see if the warranty will covee it.

Re: usb malfunction

things to try
1. reinstall/repair activesync
2. try bootloader mode
3. in activesync settings turn that little box off or on WHILE plugged into the computer and disconnect and try again with the setting as it should be
4. try different usb hole
5. restart computer
