How do I get Dynamo3 installed on my HTC Touch Diamond?

I downloaded Dynamo, but I can't open it on my phone

. I need some 1 by 1 steps to help make sure I am doing the right thing

I recommend task facade 4. its the same thing and it has themes. really nice. I am using it now.

What folder do I drag the file too on my device? Do I need to extract the files first before I drag the folder to my phone? Or do I transfer it first then winzip it on my phone? I don't know.....

My main problem is what folder do I drag the task facade folder in?

whenever i click on setup, it tells me to run the app first. I don't know how to "run" the app. Then it also says something about "invalid url" and i get these msgs with EVERYTHING I try to install on this phone, not just the task facade. Please help.

ok i am going to make this a little easier. dynamo 3=task facade 4. it is the new version of dynamo. The dynamo names is nolonger used.

I attached the cab. all you have to do is put cab on your phone and click on it and it should install. then open the app and you know have task facade 4

if your having problems installing anything at all then you need to do a hard reset on your phone because something is not working correctly. Are you on a upgraded rom?
