how to dial ##RTN#

on a recent thread called how to reset everything somone said that you have to dial ##RTN# how to i do this? i have no letters on my pad! also if this resets your phone does it have to be locked?

you have had a dumb phone right? just press the numbers where the letters are. how do you think people order hooked on phonics when the phone nnumber is 1-800-abc-defg ??????? they have to hook a keyboard up to there phone?

well if he has a phone with a custom rom he might have an issue were the custom dialer on that rom does not support ##Codes# like on the newer diamond 2 dialer roms... i only noticed 2 roms mystery and ssk were the ##codes# work and now with the latest ssk rom from 7-26-09 the diamond 2 dialer ##codes no longer work and the cab fix does not work either...
