Unhappy HTC Diamond Speakerphone Blown :(

Ok guys, I'm not sure what happened but the speaker is blown on my phone. I can't use speakerphone and of course the phone doesn't ring. Does anyone know of a place to get a replacement speaker? I don't want to go poking around in the phone yet. I can't find anything online that explains where the speaker is located.

If I can't fix the speaker, it looks like I'll have to use my available Sprint upgrade to get the Palm Pre.

Ouch. Maybe you can see what a repair center would charge.

Re: HTC Diamond Speakerphone Blown :(

Your speakerphone may not be blown. I had a similar problem a couple months ago. No ring, no music, and no speaker phone volume. But I tried flashing back to stock and the speaker worked again. I'm not saying it will work for you but you should at least give it a try if you haven't already.

Re: HTC Diamond Speakerphone Blown :(

I can't imagine your speaker blowing. I would hard reset a couple of times and that should fix it. audio on the phone is nowhere loud enough to blow out a speaker on the diamond.
