So I'm browsing the HTC site looking for secrets... They have a ROM update for the Alltel Diamond that is due out tomorrow (7/16), but is already showing on their page - http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...at=2&dl_id=610.

The download link does not work, nor does the option at the bottom to select update and mirror. I attempted to reconstruct a direct link in the javascript and compared it to the Sprint Diamond 2.00.651.7.

My solution was: member.america.htc.com/download/RomCode/_HTC Touch Diamond (Alltel)\HTC Touch Diamond MR 2.00.671.5.exe

But the link above doesn't work (If you haven't already figured out).. it only redirects to htc support home. Also tried MR1, no luck

Hmm very interesting. I think that this would this will be an interesting update to see what they put in since the transition to Verizon.

Why doesn't someone leak it, like what's been done to many ROMs in the past. Don't they have a way of getting into HTC's FTP or something like that?

I think people leaking ROMS are workers or relatives of HTC employees. Thats my guess. I really dont know.

But the ROM is not out yet. What gives HTC?
