What app for resizing pics quickly?

What app do you guys use? I need something to resize pics, in pixel size and sometimes quality, before posting them to a message board, etc.

I have a macbook and do it in the 'preview' program, but most times i already have photoshop open.

as for windows, i know there is gimp and picassa, both of which are free.

I meant on my phone. So I can post pics on the go.

Im into graphics. Not a pro by any means, but more so than the average joe, and i dont know of any for the ppc, but i also havent looked. Sorry man...


EDIT: i know imageshack will resize it when you upload it. but the only have a few specific sizes. http://imageshack.us

you could try this, i believe it lets you resize images, but i havent used it personally.

There is an uploader type program that exists in a few custom ROMs that you could try. I believe it uploads to like Youtube or Facebook directly.
