Best for contact photos?

I like having my main 20 or so contacts to have photos so what is the best alternative for manually putting them onto your internal storage? Do any of the facebook applications give the option of saving their profile pictures as the default contact pictures? Thanks for all the help in advance.

Well I think you can tell the camera to save pics on the IS and then just use the HTC Album program to save it to a contact.

Re: Best for contact photos?

While we are on the subject, what size should they be? I tried saving friends pics from myspace and assigning them to them to add to my faves in Manilla, but they are always blurry, or distorted somehow.

Try going to the picture you want to assign using HTC's album viewer. Then use the menu option of "Save to Contact". I think this will help with the blurry picture. I would always get blurry pictures when trying to add a picture to a contact from the WM contact page.

I found a program call booksync.
It syncs your facebooks friends profile pics with your contacts.

Thanks, but i have never been on facebook, nor do i plan on it. There are too many viruses, and phishing scams on there. I hardly sign into my myspace for that reason as well.

Re: Best for contact photos?

Might be too late for this suggestion, but whatever.

I use google contacts/calendar exchange sync. If someone in your contacts has a pic, it automagically gets assigned. If not, I just assign a pic in google and it gets pushed to the device.

As far as blurriness goes, cant help ya there
