Opening picture mail from TMobile phone
 

My daughter got a new phone - Motorola MOTOZINE ZN5 – from TMobile and the pictures she sends me won’t open. I could open pictures from her old TMobile phone, but the new one is a 5 megapixel camera. The picture shows up in the list, but it won’t open – just goes to a blank page like it’s trying to, then back to the list. Doesn’t matter if she makes the picture smaller – still won’t open.

I tried forwarding it to myself – to email works, to phone doesn’t. Email takes me to a link for pictures.sprintpcs.com. Properties says it’s 406x406 pixels, but the strange thing is old pictures that I could open also end up 406x406 when I forward them.

Anyone have any ideas about how to get this to work?

try powering down ur phone then taking out the battery for 2 minutes then try...

do you have memory room on your device?

main 17.6MB storage 119.48MB program, storage card 835.46MB.

Powered down and took out battery and still can't open pictures. Just hers from her new phone don't work.

are you trying to open the picture from your picture mail/sms or through your file browser program?

Picture mail. Don't know how to see it anywhere else.

BTW it's stock if it matters.
