Backup Active Sync Problems
 

I have loaded the software onto my computer but everytime I plug my Diamond into the USB connector I get no Active Sync program to launch. I want to back up all my contacts there so that I can update the ROM from HTC. Did I miss something when loading the software? How can I back up my device before starting to mess around with the ROM?

use ppcpimbackup..its free and backs up ur contacts, among other things

You can use PIMBackup, or you can even sign up for Microsoft My Phone which does a more intensive backup. It's something you have to wait a day or two but it works. :)
