why cant i record in AVI??WTH
 

My original touch/vogue had the ability to record videos in avi, how come the diamond can't do this. I have searched extensively, and can't find a solution.

Someone please help!!!

Did you try the advanced camera options and see if it had what you wanted?

Yes I did, its not there.
I don't understand why they would remove this option. It was available on the Original Touch, and it was so convenient.

Looks like it can't be done, I saw you posted at xda too, if you search over there, there are a few threads that all say not possible.

Why do you want it in avi so bad? Just convert.
