Odd. When you navigate through the File Explorer is the Internal Storage there?

Re: Internal Memory?

Are you looking at the memory while your phone is connected to the computer as a drive? You can't see the internal memory from that phone while connected as a drive.

Re: Internal Memory?

Did you hard reset your phone at any time? Sometimes the internal storage gets 'lost' with a hard reset. You can often get it back by going to the HTC site (or search on here I'm sure its located someplace in the forum) for the storage card update/hotfix. That will help "find" your internal storage.

Alternately you can try as we users had to do before the hotfix was released.

Go to start/settings/connections/usb to pc and select the disk drive option.
Connect to PC via usb so you're in diskdrive mode... in this mode ONLY internal storage shows, not main memory/system.... On your PC go to MyComputer and the select the new drive letter that is created by the hook up.. this is your phone.. if the Internal Storage is messed up it won't "open" when/if you double click on it... don't worry about even trying. Instead, right click on this drive and choose quick format (via PC). Accept default settings... might take awhile to format but you should see the Internal Storage when you've disconnected the phone from PC.

Warning.. Be sure to leave the box "ask me first about USB....." on the USB to PC screen CHECKED.. so you can choose active sync if/when you need to.. unchecking this box removes the choice screent hat pops up when you connect to PC.
