Vibration Problem

OK not sure iv checked other vibrate problem threads made but mines seems to be different. What happens is my HTC diamonds vibrate would give a low toned vibration then slowly fade out and stop. Id try to make it work again but it wouldn't until i shake it for a while and it would vibrate then slowly die out again. Can someone help me out? Would i have to buy a new HTC phone from sprint? I have insurance on it but would i have to pay the 50 dollar charge and so on.

Re: Vibration Problem

If it is a defect in the Diamond which it appears to be, and you are within the year warranty, you can bring it to a Sprint store that has a tech/repair department and they will exchange it and you will NOT have to pay a deductible. I recently had a screen separation issue and my Diamond was replaced with a refurbished one at no charge.
