How to turn an OEM into a CAB???
 

I have been trying to figure out how to turn an OEM into a Cab for a couple of days but it's just not working for me.

1. Do I use all the files in the OEM?
2.What command in the command prompt do I use?
3. Do I have to turn the OEM into a different file before I can turn it into a Cab with the command prompt?
4. What is the best FREE program that will just do this for me so I don't rip whats left of my hair out?
Any help other than "search" would be great.

you will probably just be better off ripping the rest of your hair out. I've seen a few people that spent $100 for a cab maker. If there was a free one. I never could find it and obviously they couldn't either.
