where is the animation registry edit?

As far as I know its supposed to be on Local_Machine\Software\HTC\HTCANIMATION. But the HTCANIMATION Folder is not there. I'm running GrooveRom4 if that can help at all.

I have it under the folder "StartupAnimation", if that is what you are looking for.
