Timezone problem NOT Touchflo/Manilla related
 

Does anyone know what could cause the time zone to change to -4 Atlantic every time a diamond is soft reset? (Note: It should Be -5 Eastern US)

This is an Alltel diamond cooked with the PPCKithchen 21501 and some OEM's. Although Touchflo3d/Manialla is installed, if I disable it I still have the problem. I know I should try a clean ROM first, but I was hoping maybe someone has seen the issue before and could offer some suggestions first.

As an aside, I am able to get around the issue by DISABLING network time-syncing in phone options, but this can't be good right?

I take it no one has experienced this particular issue due to the silence. Anyone have any suggestions? (other than a clean ROM, which I WILL test when I have some time)

rilphone.dll is the cause of this. it has been fixed in the ppck base, and will be fixed in the next release.

Can you post that module up for us to manually add to the PPCKitchen 21501 base for now?
