sorry if this is redundant but i could not find the answer,


how do i hard reset my diamond (sprint)?

i already tried pressing vol down, the top button, and the center circle, but that didnt work.

while holding those down youve also got to hit the reset button under the battery cover.

Whendevice turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN,
ENTER butons, then press the RESET buton with the stylus tip.
Release the RESET buton, but continuepressing the VOLUME DOWN and Release the VOLUMEDOWN and ENTER bUtons, then press the VOLUMEUP button to perform the hard reset.

TRY IT THIS WAY I DO IT ALL THE TIME WHEN I NEED TO RESET MINES.

this seemed to work and is easier than taking off the silicone skin, cover, and trying to use every limb to press 56 buttons. thx

your suposed to press the enter arrow not the center button.

The first method in the the original post must be done with phone OFF then it will work. So if going this route, take out battery, put back in do not turn on phone, but start the button pressing method with the volume down first, then holding that press enter and power at the same time so all three are pressed... if you press power first the phone simply starts up....

ummm... i think you might be just a little bit off my friend it is the center button, not the arrow.
