Diamond Inbox Count Fix?? Anyone??

So maybe I'm blind, maybe I'm dumb, but does anyone know how to fix then inbox counter on the stock cdma diamond? It dosnt count the message as read unless u scroll to it individualy and tap it to view. please help....its killing me slowly inside.

This is an old bug from a long time ago. I know it was fixed before by using an older htmlnote from a non-bugged SYS. I don't know if that's still the case.

If you want to keep your rom stock, all you have to do is go to the new message in touchflo3d and wait for like 4-5 secs and it will count it as read.

Yeah, not the same thing.

The bug is with how the phone counts messages as read. When you have a threaded text, and you view the latest text from a person, it is likely that you will read all previous texts from them as well, so they should all be marked as read, but this is not the case. It only marks one as read, and you have to close the conversation and go back to mark others as read.

Actually it's a "feature" of Microsoft's. Don't run the brand new stock Sprint shipped ROM and you'll be fine. Flash something like MightyROM 4.8.
