getting pictures from internal storage

Just a quick question from someone that is still trying to become a computer person. I can not seem to be able to find the pics on the internal storage after I've sync'd with my pc, not sure if I'm looking in the right spot on my pc. Trying to transfer them to my pc

Just use file explorer to look through the various folders in your internal storage ... once you find them, connect your phone to your computer via A/S. In A/S, click on explore, your device, internal storage, and cut and paste into your computer folder.
