How can I setup only one or two certain hardware buttons to wake up the phone?

Is there a way that I can make the phone wake up when I press the center circle hardware button but NOT when i press any of the other hardware buttons (power button on top could still work if thats possible..). I would like to be able to press and hold the center circle button for a second to wake up the phone (or just simply press it if there isnt an option for press and hold), but if I set the phone to NOT lock all the keys when its off then it will wake up all the time in my pocket and kill battery life with the screen being on that much. Is there a way to assign a custom choice button to wake up my diamond?
