I am trying this one out but don't see where the setting are for the phone. Will the diamond automatically detect the settings?

Edit: I rechecked the e-mail ALOL sent me and the settings was at the bottom.

Re: No more free Mail2web...what to do?

Please let us know if you start receiving strange spam or anything at either this new email address or the one you provided as a secondary. I did a google of that site, and other than this EXACT same user posting it here and at XDA, I find no mention of it anywhere. If it's all on the up and up, well then, hallelujah and THANK YOU for letting us know about it. If not, well that would suck.

Re: No more free Mail2web...what to do?

Great job recommended Alol, i've actually been looking for an exchange service since mail2web has gone pay as well.

Although one problem, when setting up my phone with the exchange server it errors out on certificate issues.

i've tried manually installing the verisign certificate but no go.

Any suggestions?

not sure if this will help Mike, but have you tried to get additional certificates from the exchange server.

I posted instructions on another thread on how to get the correct certificates through OWA. so through your pc, gain access to your corporate exchange account and follow the instructions below. **i had troubles connecting with just the root certificate so I ended up grabbing them all. Most people are able to access exchange by just installing the root certficate. Good luck.

Hope this helps:

Essentially just installing the root certificate wasn't enough for me. I ended up installing certificates to the intermediate level as well and finally starting connecting properly. It has worked flawlessly for months now. Here is the article on how to get certificates and install them. the key is to grab all the certificates meaning grab not just the root level cert but the ones above it as well (you will see this after reading the article). they will install to the intermediate level. good luck.

this allowed me to install two more certificates to the intermediate level rather than just the root level.

Try to use without ssl connection. Or enter in https://win.alol.net.br and get the certficate file and copy to your phone and run the certificate file .cer.
Both options work to me, I am using now with certificate. Its work great

I put the certificate in a zip file and uploaded for you!
Attached Files
File Type: zip alolnet.zip (561 Bytes, 13 views) Click for barcode!
