Verizon Touch Diamond ordered... info?
 

Hey guys, first post... just ordered a Verizon Touch Diamond (order says UTS XV6950?)

Any custom roms available for this yet? I am thinking that someone will have to figure out how to unlock it first, but come on, it's an HTC, shouldn't be hard right?

If there are no other verizon touch diamond threads here, thne we can use this as a stomping ground if you like.

you will need to find a generic rom then use the dcd cab and blah blah you know

You can use a generic custom ROM, then "make it Verizon" by downloading and installing the DCD Verizon Carrier cab. That cab files gives you the base functionality that Verizon intended, as well as any mandatory changes required by their network.

i would contact cmonex and see if she is willing to make an unlocker for the diamond. The more people that are interested, the more likely she will make the unlocker, but if you can i would send your diamond back and wait a month or three for the touch pro 2, or omnia 2
