I know this is a sloppy answer but you could OEM in a random wallpaper file and then just add the background key from your registry after you set it.

I saying this because I don't know the right answer. :P

Jmz has a cab to change the default background for his Sprint theme. The file in there is 4a059ff8_manila but it didn't do anything when I installed it. Could be just me though.

EDIT: Oops, that's the clock background, NOT the wallpaper.

You are so correct sir! Here's how:

HTML Code:

;set background image for TF3D
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"CachedBackgroundPath"="\\My Documents\\My Pictures\\FuzeBerry Wallpaper\\FuzeBerryCFC.PNG"
"HomeBackgroundPath"=\\My Documents\\My Pictures\\FuzeBerry Wallpaper\\FuzeBerryCFC.PNG

;set background image for quickmenu
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AlenSoft\QuickMenu\Display]
"BkgroundImage"="\\My Documents\\My Pictures\\FuzeBerry Wallpaper\\26 (2).jpg"

Now everyone add some color to those roms! lol...
