outlook "Check Names" feature

When creating a new message with outlook, after typing a few letters in the "TO" column the name would appear from my address book.

Now all of a suddent his feature isn't working, and I have to select "Check Name" from the menu to get it to appear.

Any ideas why this would stop working all of a sudden??

did you disable T9? It's on the onscreen keyboard on the bottom...make sure it is on.

I checked that and all the other INPUT settings. Still doesn't work! I did happen to install TD@ Keyboard a couple weeks ago, then uninstalled it as I didn't like it.

Perhaps that did something??

Re: outlook "Check Names" feature

If you disabled the TP2 keyboard that means you should probably go ahead and complete the job. Install the cab to disable T9 completely...then disable T9 on the keyboard and go back to the old school method for autocomplete which involves the drop down box for names.

I noticed this was disabled for me when I changed this key from 1 to 0: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Tegic\eT9\XT9SupportMSSip
