Re: Force Activesync Connection
You can go to the USB2PC settings in the control panel and uncheck the don't ask option. At that point you should be able to reselect active-sync with the D-PAD. Another option is to install my-mobiler and use the PC to control the phone

Re: Force Activesync Connection
The screen on the phone is dead so I can't do anything from the phone right now except using the d-pad, power button and volume rockers. I have been trying to use the D-Pad to select active-sync, but I can't seem to get it.

Re: Force Activesync Connection
Can you just use the d-pad to go to the programs screen in manila, roll up to select programs, find an empty slot, hopefully, and then add active-sync. Maybe if you manually launch it with the device connected to the PC it will work? I wish I could be more help, but my usb port is busted, so I can't test the solution before I suggest it!

Re: Force Activesync Connection
Why not just get a new screen? Or buy a Bluetooth keyboard?
