Better app for yahoo messenger?
 

I use OZwinmobIM which works fine but I only need a messenger for yahoo IM. not all the others. OZ does not alert me when I have new messages sometimes. I cant copy and paste or click on links (I think). I forget them all now but wondered if anyone knows of a better app for yahoo messenger on the diamond.

i cant recal who it was that refered me to it but there an app called palringo that works really good. in your case the only problem is that is an all in one app just like oz

It does connect to multiple services, but you don't have to use them. If all you want it Yahoo Messenger, just setup that service. I use Palringo and am very happy with it.

When I used to IM a lot I used ebuddy.com
No client to download at all.
Links to multiple IM servers at the same time.
My mind is shot right now so i honestly do not remember if it alerts you on new message.
Instead of leaving an IM client open on your device you leave the browser open.
