Invalid Serial Number to download ROM updates
Hi,

I have an HTC Touch Diamond from Sprint.

When I try to download ROM Updates from www.htc.com for the Touch Diamond, I get the following message:

The serial number you’ve provided appears to be invalid. Please try again.

Have anybody with a Sprint HTC Touch Diamond being able to download the ROM Upgrades from HTC? Does anybody have any suggestions?

hmmm I dont have to enter any serial number to download the updates from my pc, maybe you took a different path that requires it???

anyhow here is the page to dl it.

Yep, seems that I was doing it the wrong way. Thanks a lot for your input. It solved my issue!!

You need to select your country up top. It was assuming you had a europe version rom. It happened to me too....

Like you i am a sprint customer. Were you actually able to down load this update because when i clicked on the link it came up as:
Error
