change your update to a longer time in your email settings

what are you using to get your email? outlook, windows live, some 3rd party app? i know if youre using window live, open the program up. hit menu/options/sync schedual and chose the settings you want. i believe most other programs have it somewhere in thecsettings menu.

I just Pocket Outlook and check every 2 hours for my business account and every 4 for my personal.
