HTC Diamond pc monitor out option now!

Google this "redfly" still beta version should be killer when done, eat you heart out rapheal,

lets you hook your cell phone up to your pc or laptop and then use your phone phones max resolution onto your pc or laptop- this isnt modem software just software to let you view your pda at its max resolution onto your pc, kool if you browse the net with it you can see more screen everything is from your phones side the pc just acts as a output device.

If it's like mymobiler, then you can use your PC to control your phone. It puts a window on your PC and you can use your mouse in that window to do things on your phone (ie type and send a text message using your PC keyboard). It's also easy to take screenshots, videos, etc. of things that are on your phone's display.

Is this any different than mymobiler, which is free and has been around a while?

Re: HTC Diamond pc monitor out option now!

Anyone else try this? I ran the phone driver .cab on my phone, when it reset my phone locked up with an error screen. Had to soft reset, then activesync wouldn't work and I couldn't see my phone files from my PC. Removed the Redfly program from the phone and reset, activesync still won't connect!!. I'm staying away from this for now!
Any suggestions on getting active sync to work again???
