video plays -contact for caller-

ok, is there a program that lets you add animation or a video to your contacts so when they call it plays in background?

ive never heard of one but would be kool. gotta gtet my google on to see if i can find something like it.

Edit: i found what your looking for but its only for Blackberrys, heres the link so that maybe a developer here would look at it and maybe brainstorm with this idea

Kind of wierd this advanced phone doesn't have that option to display video instead of pictures. My phone I bought 4 years ago had that option.......
