The Windows 6.1 green screen is terrible

Did you turn off TF3D? Anyway, go to Settings - Today and change the theme.

I found a good site that tells you what to do. I'm not sure if it works yet because I'm not done but it looks promising.

Nice looking screen... I've used the method of overwriting the file as discussed in the linky from moonz.. its easy enough to do!
