Sprint PictureMail issue

I was looking around in the Forums and didn't see any issues with PictureMail like I am having so any help would be appreciated.

I can send PictureMail fine even though my phone just shows it is "Pending" after it sends, but my real problem is that I cannot receive any PictureMail. I have been on the phone with Sprint to try and figure it out for a couple days with no luck. Prior to calling them I flashed to Stock Sprint Rom and 1.11.00F Radio. They have had me do many things with no luck. Hard Resets, ##DATA#, ##776# (had me reset all values which also does a Hard Reset), verified profile info with ##778#, deleted the #777 modem connection and reestablish it, update to the new PictureMail.cab, and a few other things.

With the support and knowledge I have seen throughout the Forum, any help would be awesome, especially if all your help can beat Sprint to fixing it!

EDIT:
FIXED! So here was the issue: I had to use command prompt to reformat internal storage. I could send PictureMail but could not receive it due to my phone no longer seeing the Internal Storage as a internal storage drive and rather just a folder. After I went into command prompt and "format e:" on my computer (e: of course being the drive that my phone shows up as when I connect it to my computer) it formatted properly. Using File Explorer I copied the contents of the Internal Storage folder into the new correct Internal Storage2 DRIVE (has a little icon of a disk on the folder) and then deleted the original Internal Storage folder. Soft-Reset and the folder will be gone and the Internal Storage2 Drive will now be the proper Internal Storage Drive (named properly without the "2" at the end). Now I can send and receive pictures as normal. Hopefully this message helps anyone with the issue as I have heard a lot of people had it.

Re: Sprint PictureMail issue

I'm having the almost exact same problem, but I can't send either... keeps saying "Send Failed".

I can send one using sMMS, but still can't receive. Any help would be great. I'm using MightyMike rom 4.4.

Re: Sprint PictureMail issue

FYI mine is working now. I flashed back to the stock sprint rom. At first it still wasnt receiving... but then all of a sudden it started working again. I wonder if it was actually something wrong with Sprint and I just flashed by to a stock rom for nothing...

Re: Sprint PictureMail issue

make sure you aren't using a program called codyppcpersonalizer to change the Sprint on TF3D to another word, because that caused mine to not work as well as others.

Mighty is a Telus based rom which works (mostly) with Sprint. Maybe you should try a Sprint specific rom (OMJ, Calcu, grooveROM, rstoyguy, glossman, jmz, etc..).

Re: Sprint PictureMail issue

I'd recommend OMJ's. I can send and receive PictureMail perfectly with it.

Wow. Not to cause drama (honestly), but to satisfy my curiosity, where is this version from? It is larger than the latest one I can get from Sprint on my Touch Pro (from powerdeck) and the CABs actual contents are different. I installed it onto my Touch Pro to test it out and it works MUCH better. Faster, more touch friendly (some larger buttons), and most of all... it seems to actually work! No more pics sitting at "Sending..." forever and then sometimes working sometimes not. Thanks!

That's the version from the leaked sprint rom, PictureMail_0.1.16.4.CAB. It's in grooveROM 3.
