Diamond won't connect to PC via USB
 

When I connect my phone to my PC it won't connect. The phone doesn't populate the three options and the PC doesn't react like it's connected. But the plug symbol does show up in the top right corner of the phone screen like its charging. I've tried multiple PCs so I know its the phone. Any ideas? I'm on Mighty 4.4

Go to settings
Go to connections
Go to USB to PC
Uncheck the option for faster transfer

Try using a can of canned air and taking the battery cover off and cleaning everything there and in the USB port. Otherwise try a different USB to mini-USB cable and if that doesn't work you may have a bad port. Try a different computer too.

Go to USB to PC
Uncheck "enable advanced network functionality"

Try a different (hopefully stock) usb cable.... some will not work for data but will charge when connected. I change out the cable and I'm good to go.

search for sprint hotfix and repair and format your internal storage and see if that works.
