TF3D Problem installing Themes...

I don't have the usual problem that most have with this program (error messages, etc). Everything goes fine. I Go to the "Appearence" Tab in the program and select the theme That I want to use. (it is a .theme file). And I click apply and it goes through the progress but when the phone reboots I still have the old stock Sprint theme. I've tried with different themes and still the same thing. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

are you turning off tf3d in settings\today?

yes i have. Am i supposed to turn off the 3dflo in settings BEFORE i install a new theme?? or do i do it after. (I'm pretty sure i've already tried both but i would try again if that's what you think the problem is)
