Recommendations for a TO DO LIST Manager?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a better TO DO LIST program than the TASK program that comes with WinMo?

I use ListPro and have been satisfied with it:

That's the one thing that I haven't been able to replace properly from my palm. I used to use shadowplan and there is nothing for PPC that even comes close yet. I've tried every one I know of.

I'm not sure what your definition of "better" is. I have ListPro, but I use PI8 for my To Do lists and Tasks. It allows you to set "parent" projects with tasks as "children" (like ListPro) and seems a lot more flexible than the default WM Tasks app. You can link To Do's with appointments, contacts, and files. It's been so long since I used the default app so I don't remember if that was possible there.

I also think it's the best total PIM application available at the moment for contacts, calendar, etc.

Re: Recommendations for a TO DO LIST Manager?

I'm still looking...
I need something that:
-keeps hierarchial lists of items.
-allows tagging of items with multiple tags
-filters items based on tags.
-allows any item to be turned into an appointment or task as needed.
-supports small fonts to maximize space.

anyone know of a program that can do this?

mylifeorganized will do most of that, but not the appointment conversion. Syncs with desktop, which can sync with desktop outlook, which can sync with your windows tasks so you can manage your tasks in either place

Did you take a look at PI8? I still believe it will do everything you have listed above. I've attached the manual below. For the hierarchical lists search on "Priority Management" in the manual. You can also use categories as tags. I know PI8 will let you filter on multiple categories, change tasks into appointments, change appointments into tasks, and allows multiple font sizes.
