reset problems
 

hey guys. i need your help. i had to do a hard reset on my sprint diamond. now i have no prl update or profile update. the icons are there but they dont do anything. any ideas? this is after a hard reset. also nav and tv disapeared but i found the cabs for those and they are working again. any idea what happened? thanks.

ww.corolada.com/prl Get your PRL there and go to ##775#, push send, enter your MSL, and put it in.

Thank you. got it all done, now what does it do? better reception? what does update profile do?
