how do I set IE as default?

Just got my diamond, installed flash video bundle and tcpmp. Can't open the video sites page because opera is default to open all links. Even if I open IE and type in the local url, opera then opens. Besides opera not working with the flash video bundle, it seems to add an http:// to everything, even file:///. So when I try to open the video sites shortcut, it tries http://file:/program files/tcpmp/sites/videosites.htm!

Weird. So anyway, how do I make IE the default browswer? Can't seem to locate the settings on these versions. Thanks!

you need this cab to remove opera as the default browser and this will allow you to go into the flashvideobundle through IE. addtionally check out this thread if you want to try to improve your tcpmp player. good luck.

I agree with riletd5 on using Darkside Opera remover, I have used it also. You can also try this player.

Re: how do I set IE as default?

thank you! I'll check these out. So will this Opera default remover cab make my Internet Browser link in TF3D open IE? I think the best of both worlds would be to keep Opera in TF3D UI and be able to open IE for video streaming stuff.

I don't think this cab will disrupt Opera from opening up on the tf3d internet tab. It just removes it as the default browser so when you install the flashvideobundle, Ie opens it up instead. good luck.
