Must Have files for a ROM

Since I am not a Sprint service user. I'm thinking on making a ROM without the unnesesary stuff that comes with Sprint. Also my local CDMA carrier offers TV, but doe not offer music store. Son the TF3d Sprint TV and music may be changed to just TV and Music

What will be the MUST HAVE files in the ROM?

Why not just use one of the stable custom (close to sprint roms) floating around and just customize it too your liking?

I would use MightyROM. It's almost done and is pretty stable in version 4.

I agree use Mighty's Rom its very stable and close to stock. But you may want to wait for 4.7 to drop as it should come any day now.
