Automatically display phone options
Is there a program or tweak that allows the keypad/phone options (like mute ect...) to be displayed on the screen when the phone is brought down from the ear? I know the iphone does this but it seems very practical with the Diamond gsensor. I have looked but I can't find on that does just this or has this as an option. If anyone knows of one please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Re: Automatically display phone options
Those options are right there on the "incall' screen. You can set your screen not to black out when you're in call and you'll have those options at all times. Use DiamondTweaks to disallow sleep in call.

Yeah I thought about doing that, but I do like the blackout to save battery too. It would be cool to have the blackout when it is up at the ear and then to light back up when it is brought down face up. The programs like gyrator, it seems like it should be possible.

It seems like that uses the acceleramator more than the light sensor.
In advanced config, I believe you can change the light sensor polling to be quicker, but doing that, reduces battery life, quite a bit I think. |

I just dont' want to bother with the gyrator.. I rarely find the need to go landscape.. but then also, I don't like my screen blacked out.
