Stop active sync from loading?

Does anyone know of a way to stop active sync from starting up when I reboot? I assume it's just using up memory. Thanks!

start/settings/phone/services/time synchronization/get settings/uncheck box.

It's not really a problem unless you actually can use up the memory. Now if you had a 6800 then you would have problems.
