Dwizzy130 simple VGA rlToday iphone theme

Dwizzy130 made the simple iphone theme for rltoday in qvga resolution.

i made this VGA theme for rltoday base on his work. i posted this theme over at xda and got pretty good feedbacks. i thought that i would post it here too incase someone may missed it.

firs time install instruction: all that you need the zip file above, which has two cab files.

1. i recommend install nuenobar first, then (1b) the theme cab after.
2. restart your device, go into your today setting and enable rltoday.

ohyeah you may want to disable all your today list if you have anything enabled.

in addition to dwizzy qvga theme, i have added call history button with number of missed call showing, and number of voicemail also added to the corner of the phone icon. the number of emails and sms also work.

what so good about this theme is that it is super light weight to run, and seems very staple. the whole cab is about just a little bit over 1mb not counting the font files, and only about 25 files altogether. tf3d has aover 1000 files and take maybe 15mb to 20mb of ram to run.

dwizzy deserve all the credits for the theme.

contacts icon is linked to icontact.exe, so you may want to install icontact

to play with the configuration, open up and edit the skin.xml file in your "program files/rltoday/......./

I gave you a thanks, because it looks nice but I like my TF3D.

(Also side note, if I wanted an Iphone I would just buy one. I dont understand the need to skin WM and an Iphone hehehe)

your comment is well taken. i like tf3d, but it is just too big(over 1200 files) and all the animations probably kill the diamond already small and precious battery life. i'm sure there are other who feels the samelets be honest, it doesnt that much like an iphone, i just wanted a very simple application laucher to launch my programs and make phone calls, and the layout similar to the iphone is perfect for that.

there are many choices out there, and this is just another choice. just like free roms and apps, i really appreciate all the choices out there and the work that other ppl put into it. i'm doing my small part to share with the community. thanks for the thanks

ive never noticed performance either in fluidity or battery wise with or without tf3d. i actually find my phone more responsive with it on. and the battery isnt affected that much by it. youll get about three minutes extra a day witout using tf3d.

question: how does this work as an alternative to TF3D without removing it? Basically what i'm asking is will this work with a program like mToday or second today and let you use both?
