67 Error Code (Sprint did something nice for me)

I got this error code (67) yesterday and my data stopped working, I spoke to sprint maybe 6 times yesterday, and was being told that my phone was swapped, and the MSL number I continued to get from sprint just didn't look right to me, I knew that wasn't the MSL I'd used before.
Well late last night I was able to locate my MSL by making 2 minor changes to the registry (see the link below)and the MSL# in my phone was different from what sprint techs was giving me all day, well anyway after speaking with the last tech late last night, she tried everything and the end result was she decided to send me a new phone via UPS, the phone being shipped is a TouchPro, and the good thing about that is I currently own the Diamond not the Pro, so the Sprint tech felt she had to make good on the all day issue I was dealing with.

I agree, every customer service or tech support has that one person who goes the extra mile.

Re: 67 Error Code (Sprint did something nice for me)

Heads up.
I was getting an error 67 on my touch pro 2 on SERO. I tried every fix possible before talking to CS. Basically they put a "high usage data block" (WTF?) on my account so I call them and make sure that my account is correct. I basically had to go chat to CS on sprint website, who after wasting 10 min couldn't help me, then told me to call a number that someone put on my account as note to discuss my bill. They verified everything is correct after I called them and told me they removed the block on my account. WTF? I got a unlimited data plan...they wouldn't give me an answer why they did this, just saying this was a courtesy thing they did because they didn't realize there is unlimited data on sero. seriously sprint, wtf?
