Sync with Windows calendar

I do not have Outlook installed on my PC. I have Vista using windows mail and within Windows mail there is a Windows calendar. Is there a way to active sync with windows calendar or do I need to install Office.

Re: Sync with Windows calendar

AS is designed to work w/ MS Outlook. If you want the ability to sync your mail & calendar events then, yes, you'll need to install Office

Or you could do an Exchange server somehow.

Re: Sync with Windows calendar

I use SEVEN to push the mail. If I redo every calendar event using the gmail calendar will Seven sync them up?

Edit, wow cool, yes it does.

Re: Sync with Windows calendar

I ended up using sunbird and birdie sync.. the sunbird calendar is a lot like the vista calendar so I'm happy with that.. and it syncs right up with activesync
