Diamond Speed

I have a question regarding how fast my diamond is. I am wondering if it is slower than it should be. I have this game called ball breaker where you drag a dot around the screen and other dots chase it. Anyway it runs really slow on my Diamond, especially compared to the HTC Touch I used to have. I also tried that "hologram" program it is so slow it is useless. Any suggestions?

Re: Diamond Speed

Do you have a bunch of programs running? Are you using a stock rom?

Re: Diamond Speed

I should have included this info. I have tried quite a few ROMs since I got this phone and have had the same experience on all of them. I am currently running Groovrom which is pretty light.

I also always exit programs and regularly use the task switcher to make sure nothing got left running.

Re: Diamond Speed

Install this and then soft reset. for the diamond hologram, go to the settings and put the smoothness all the way up then while you move the phone, keep your finger on the center button between the talk and end button!

What does this cab do and if you arent having any problems should you install it anyway. Would it help out playing youtube videos or sprint TV?

Re: Diamond Speed

The driver didn't make a difference for me. Another better example is the game 3210. The balls move so slow the game is unplayable. Has anyone else tried this game on the Diamond?
