Headset microphone problem

Since I flashed to Calkulin's ROM, my headset microphone stopped working.

I can hear the other person but they can't hear me.
I tested my headset on a different device and it works perfectly.

I use calku's ROM with Telus Carrier.

Anyone else experienced that problem?
Any idea what I can do to fix it?

I tried hard reset... no luck

Tried going back to stock ROM... no luck

I had to relock the phone, go back to TELUS Strore and they couldn't find the problem so the will replace my device.

I have to use stock ROM until they get a new refurbished device... might be 2 or 3 days...

Weird problem....

Nobody else encountered this problem on all forums about diamond...

Does it has to do with flashing my device or it's just a connection problem with my mini usb on the device...

Who knows....

Re: Headset microphone problem

I finally got a new phone at the store. They said my mini-usb connector was broken, and gave me a new HTC diamond.

I think I brooke my mini-usb by plugging a TV-Out Cable from my friend's touch pro.

As the diamond doesn't support TV-Out, it might have brooke the connector.

What about you douglucas and az93civic ?

Did you try that tv-out cable? If not it might be a hardware problem on our devices....
