Use Diamond as a GPS reciever?

I was wondering if the Diamond would be able to be used as a GPS reciever, so I can plug it into my laptop, and get my location through whatever software I choose?

Thanks

Re: Use Diamond as a GPS reciever?

Not that I know of, but you might be able to find a program that outputs the GPS as a NMEA device over USB... but like I said, not that I've seen.

Thanks, this works great. Does anyone know a good and possibly free program that can be used on the computer along with this app?
