What settings did you use to get it working? I can't seem to get MS Streets and Trips to see the phone GPS...

Re: Use Diamond as a GPS reciever?

MS Street and Trips is really picky about GPS receiver. Not sure why you want to use your phone as GPS receiver. Personally, I like to use my phone as GPS device, no computer needed.

Re: Use Diamond as a GPS reciever?

Because it can get difficult to quicly look at the phone for a map.. I would rather use a lcd screen.. I am also planning on setting up a car pc, with a touch screen lcd, so docking my phone would allow me to use it as gps for navigation through the car pc...

Re: Use Diamond as a GPS reciever?

If they ever get TV out working then you should hook that up. Another option is to make the computer see what the phone is through that software (Dashwire I think?) that lets you do that. Maybe someone will have an idea.
