When using full qwerty how do I "shift" to get numbers/characters

I like using the full qwerty but can't seem to figure out how to get to the special characters and numbers on top of the keys. There is a Caps/Shift button that I was trying to hold down but no luck.

I'm hoping because they show the special characters on the keyboard I can somehow access them.

For example the @ is above the "s" key, how do I get that character?

Hold down the key for the special character. In your example, holding down "s" will input "@"

Or you could hit the button that has ".,123" on it. Once you type a punctuation, it will default back to letters unless you're typing in numbers. You then have to hit the button that has "ABC" on it to get back to letters.

I use the press and hold method for most of my entries.

If the wait it too long, there is a regedit on here that will reduce the hold time to about anything you want.

do you have the link for the regedit...it does seem to take too long to bring up the special character.

Can anyone report that the cab file reduces delay on full querty?

Yeah didn't work on my full qwerty either. Was hoping it would since that's the only one that I use.

Try TouchPal. I find that it is a lot better quality for a SIP. And it supports gestures so you can slide which is superior IMO.
