DELL Latitude Bluetooth Pairing

My Sanyo M1 pairs corectly with a DELL D620 (have the latest Bluetooth driver stack ). However, the Diamond seems to have a bit of trouble pairing. Both devices can see each other during a search, but after the Diamond says that a connection was made, the connection is lost very quickly. When I have my laptop initiate a connection again, the laptop says "Connection from [HTC] has been denied. I have done everything possible (clearing out all pairing connections, resyncing the two devices, ..etc, but no luck. Because of this, can't get Active Sync to work. Again, The Sanyo M1 has no problem pairing with the laptop.

Am I doing something wrong with Bluetooth setup ??? (also posted this on htcwiki)

Anyone have any success with pairing on a latitude D620 using latest BT driver stack.
