no sound when ringing
 

Today my Diamond (stock Sprint ROM) stopped ringing when someone calls. All other sounds work. I even changed the ringer to see if it would work, but nothing. When I go into the sound settings and change the sounds for rings, text, ect the sounds play, but I get nothing when someone calls.

I called with my other phone (no set ringer) & with my wifes phone (set ringer) both no sound. I also *67 when I called and no sound.
I did a soft reset, that didn't fix it.

Before I do a hard reset does anyone have any ideas?

On your volume screen (tap the volume up button to access).. tap the "ring" tab at the top and make sure your ring volume is turned on.

I know, you probably already did this but it could be you didn't and its a simple mistake.

I hate to say it but you are right.](*,)](*,) I have no idea how it got turned down.

I had 2 Touchs that would stop playing the new text sound untill I did a soft reset & I thought this one was doing something like that.

Sometimes happens while in your pocket or case.. Glad it was easy to fix!
